- 6 weeks of Print & Go Grocery Lists – each week will come with a complete grocery list. Just print and take it to the store with you (or use it as a check list to order your groceries online)
- Success Manual – designed to educate you about nutrition and guide you on how to live a healthy lifestyle. Includes a dining out “swap guide that will give you the tools to be successful when you go out to eat. This manual is filled with tips and strategies that will help you get the best results possible over the 6 weeks.
- Over 60 DELICIOUS and Easy to make recipes
- Goal Setting Worksheets – Goals are more achievable when you put pen to paper. The worksheets will help you dig and find out your “why” which will help you stay focused and motivated to reach your goals.
- Daily Motivation – Daily motivation to help keep you motivated, accountable and on track with your goals. We won’t hand you the program and disappear. We will be here every day for support, motivation and to answer any questions.
Registered participants will be sent the entire training, nutrition and supplementation program on April 17, 2021. The Challenge begins on April 19, 2021.
