The Challenge is a program created by Certified Nutrition Specialist and Certified Personal Trainers, Shawn & Kathy DiNatali, owners of Get Phit Studio. It is a comprehensive nutrition, training and supplementation plan designed to help you lose weight, inches, and form healthy habits that create a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Click the “Buy Now” button on this page. After you complete the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email with details on what to do next.
You do not have to be a member of Get Phit Studio or live in the area to be a part of this 6 week transformation challenge.
on January 8, you will receive the link to the Challenge Facebook Group. Shawn & Kathy and the Get Phit Team will be on the group page every day during The Challenge to answer your questions. You can also reach out to them via email- getphitstudio2.0@gmail.com.
You can send in your photos in measurements starting on January 8th. In your “Before” and “After” front-view photos, you are required to hold up a piece paper with the challenge hashtag on it in order to be eligible to win any prizes. The “Before” hashtag will be emailed to you on January 8, 2021. The “After” hashtag will be emailed to you on February 21, 2021. You will have until January 13, 2021 to submit your photos and measurements in order to qualify for the challenge prizes. If you are local you will have the option of making an appointment between January 8th – 13th to set up a time to come in for your measurements.
Registered participants will be sent the entire training, nutrition and supplementation program on January 8, 2021.
The Challenge beings on January 11, 2021.
On January 8, you will receive the link to the Challenge Facebook Group. Shawn & Kathy and the Get Phit Team will be on the group page every day during The Challenge to answer your questions. You can also reach out to them via email- getphitstudio2.0@gmail.com
Once you register for the Challenge, the email you use when registering will be automatically added to the Challenge email list. This is an automated system that assures you will receive all emails during the Challenge. If you are not receiving emails, please check your Junk folder. Shawn and Kathy and the three Get Phit Group judges will select winners based on a combination of the biggest visual and numerical (weight loss, measurements) transformations. A total of three (3) winners will be selected. Winners will be announced on February 27, 2021.
