I’ve been working out at Get Fit Studio for the last couple years…& when I actually stuck to the suggested lifestyle changes, I lost 28lbs and 13 inches in 9 weeks. Since then, I’ve half-assed it and gained back part of that…but am still almost 30 pounds lighter than my heaviest weight (fall of 2015).

If you want to lose weight OR you’re already skinny but want to get stronger or more in shape, this is for you! I have pushed myself to do things I’d never have believed I could do. The trainers will help you modify EVERY exercise if you need to modify them. The meal plan is doable, and maintainable…nothing fancy or special anything….just food.

There’s even a 4:30 class …so teacher friends, you can go right after school!!
