At GPS we believe in living a “Lifestyle” not in crash dieting, or training for a specific event temporarily, or sporadically incorporating healthy practices every “Monday.” For those who have transformed their body using fat-loss techniques and have maintained their efforts, their minds changed along with the physical transformation. We realize the importance of helping our clients make realistic goals that will gradually help them change their mindset. By helping them put meaning in these goals, it becomes easier to stick to changes even when the going gets tough. Not every client will have the same temperament, personality, problem solving ability, or discipline. This is why we take the time to build relationships with our clients so we can help them with their own unique journey.

Seemingly simple, and yet so tough when it comes to body change. We have seen many people do the newest diet or a challenge, make key changes and lose up to 50lbs by the end; only to gain it all back because the healthy changes they implemented expired–they did not make the necessary “Mindset” change.

To achieve lasting body change, there must be a complete mindset overhaul away from the old ways of doing things that left us tired and overweight, and stick to a new mindset that permeates everything we do. Remember, the old way of doing things will always lead to the same old results. Change your Mind, change your Habits, change your Outcome.
